PLANNING FAMILY GATHERINGS
Because my sister and brother lived in another state, they couldn't visit very often. So phone visits and letters were a substitute. When my brother and sister (and their spouses and children) were able to fly over for a visit, I encouraged Dad and Mom to send them some money to help with their trip expenses.
My brother and sister were great supporters of our mission. They expressed their support to us with cards, phone calls, and monetary gifts. Those gestures made it abundantly clear that they appreciated what we were doing for Dad and Mom. MORE>
